Data we collect
Data you enter in the project enquiry form: name, company, e-mail, phone, country and city, product interest, quantity, requested date, message and any uploaded file.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to evaluate your enquiry and to contact you, on the basis of your consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Transfer to Turkey
For production and export enquiries your data may be shared with Molexpo Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in Turkey, limited to what is required to prepare your offer.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained as long as needed to process the enquiry and to meet statutory retention obligations, then deleted.
